Officially is my umbrella — one name on the software, consulting, and craft I put my standard behind. It started with a problem I understood from both sides: officiating is hard to run, and the tools for running it were spreadsheets and group texts.

That's why I built Assignor — software that manages a roster of officials, collects their availability, assigns the right person to every game, and sends the notifications automatically. It comes from time spent around officiating, not just around code.

My background sits at the intersection athletics and the keyboard. I've spent my life competing, coaching, and officiating while building a long career as a software developer. That combination has given me a firsthand view of the challenges facing the people who make sports happen, along with the skills to build better solutions. Officially is where I put those experiences to work.

Beyond Assignor, Officially takes on consulting, development, AI work, and a few hands-on crafts — all held to the same standard: official, but human.
