Payments & payouts
When it ships: 1.75% of money moved, paid by the association, capped at $4,500/year, ACH-only inbound. Never a fee to the individual official. It is not part of the subscription price, and the 3-year lock does not cover it.

- What happens after I sign up?
- Within one business day Officially's team reaches out personally to import your first season's schedule and set your association up with you. Setup takes about two hours, start to finish. There's no credit card, and your 30-day free trial starts once you're set up.
- How do I pay?
- Annual billing, invoiced. Pay by check or ACH - whatever your treasurer already uses. There's no card on file and no monthly cycle to track.
- When does it renew?
- Your renewal date aligns to your association's season or fiscal year, not the day you happened to sign up. You're budgeting on an annual cycle; your software should too.
- Can I get my data out?
- Yes. Your roster, schedule, assignments, and audit log are yours. Ask any time and we'll export them for you - there's no lock-in.
- What if we grow past 50 officials?
- Nothing changes. The Founding Association price is flat at any size, so recruiting officials never costs you more. And the $290/year locks the subscription price of the tier you'd otherwise fall into for three years - the growth is on us.
- What does the 3-year price lock actually cover?
- It locks your annual subscription price for three years - the price of the tier your association's size would otherwise put you in. It does not cover payment-processing fees, because payments aren't built yet and aren't part of what you're paying for today.
